In this collection of foot exercises you will find a series of lessons geared towards helping you with control and dexterity. These exercises are based on standard rudimental patterns and phrases and the point is to increase your level of control. These are not foot speed exercises. There lessons will help you build strength, command and control over specific patterns and phrases. Repetitive practice of these patterns will massively increase your stamina, power and control.
